When you take a step back and really look at Google, it’s very similar to the game of Monopoly. In order to win the game of Monopoly it’s not enough to own one or two properties. The strategy of the game is to completely dominate as many properties as you can, build them up and fortify them with hotels in order to force other players into bankruptcy.

In the Game of Googleopoly, your objective should be to own as many properties as you possibly can. Consider that it’s not enough to just have a website or a Facebook profile, there are so many other resources that you can tap into that will empower you to completely dominate search.

Whether part of your strategy is to build a website or produce YouTube videos, you want to make sure you are speaking the language that parents speak and show them how your music will benefit their children.

Like Monopoly, Winning the Game of Googleopoly is about diversifying your reach and making sure that when people search, you are showing up from multiple places. Like we talked about earlier, it’s not enough to just have a website or just do some light social posting, or even to just have a pinterest page. You need to make sure that you are covering a variety of online properties that will help you increase your visibility online and get found.
